    Hello,
    I tried finding an existing thread but the most recent I could find was 2016.

    I am in need of an external blu-ray (or 4k blu-ray) burner optical drive for my Windows 11 (or Windows 10 if needed) PC.

    I am looking to burn MP4s to blu-ray discs for use in normal blu-ray (or 4k blu-ray) players as well as consoles like the Xbox Series X and PS5.

    Ideally, I'd like to include menus with various options, etc.

    Any suggestions would be wonderful, as it is unclear sometimes what the limitations are.

    I decided to purchase an external enclosure for my older internal blu-ray writer. It won't do 4K but at least I know the drive works well for the majority of my needs.

    If you are still looking, DVDFab can burn your files to Blu-ray and can also create menus.
