can't seem to figure out how this widevine stream works?

Hello, i've tried several methods on this video which should be using widevine however i can't seem to figure out the PSSH.
tried several methods, the chrome extension recently posted here, tried to get from init mp4 file, from the mpd however none of these contains the PSSH at all. the chrome extension even says it's not being streamed by widevine but i'm pretty sure it is, could anyone please have a look? here's the url:

inspect element->network tab->load/reload the site->filter with "mpd"

for license url, filter with "license", u can find license url

Input pssh and license url into cdrm-project and u will get decryption key for those content that are encrypted

also yt-dlp can support mediasetinfinity. so no need to find mpd to download

simply run
