  1. How do you convert videos to SWF or FLA without losing any quality?

  2. Assuming you are not using vector graphics for video afaik. you can't.
    iirc. Flash did support H.264 (not lossless), VP6 and Sorenson Spark for video, so you will always lose quality.
    (seems I remembered correctly: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flash_Video)
    I also think that only H.264 baseline and main were supported.
