Streaming decrypted live stream - live pipe buffering problem

I'm using N_m3u8DL-RE to a decrypt stream with

--live-pipe-mux

and

--live-real-time-merge

and stream it to rtmp server

Vid 1920x1080 | 7830 Kbps | 29.97 00m58s/03m26s 16/54 Recording  29% 0.00Bps(35) ⣽
Aud 192 Kbps | eng | F801CH       00m58s/03m25s 16/54 Recording  29% 0.00Bps(35) ⣾

in the example above 00m58s av downloaded but there is total of 03m26s av data, the program doesn't download the rest of the data until the rtmp client arrives near the 00m58s mark which creates unnecessary buffering, the internet connection is fast enough so if the program will download the rest of the known av data before the rtmp client arrives to near the 00m58s mark then there will be no unnecessary buffering.
I tried to use

--live-wait-time

but it only affects the rest of the data that needs to be downloaded (increase 03m26s) and doesn't trigger a data download
