how to decrypt 1080p ?

originally, i got this m3u8, and as you can see it's only 720p at best. I could get and decrypt with this key. but it's not working for 1080p

You need an L1 CDM.... To get one of those is not so simple. In simple terms (it is more complicated than this) you need to find an exploit and maybe write a script to be able to extract the keybox from the secure hardware location on the device and then provision the CDM from it. Exploits are specific to devices/chipsets etc. There have been exploits/scripts released publically for certain devices in the past but that has then resulted in the keyboxes from those devices being revoked meaning an L1 CDM can no longer be provisioned from them.

Most people able to get keys for L1 (or Playready) protected content are using paid API's - which don't come cheap (plus lots of scammers out there)
