View bookmarks made in VLC on VLC Android(galaxy ultra s23)

I have made bookmarks on a video in VLC on my pc. i then saved the files as an xspf file, but when I try and open the video file or the xspf on vlc on my galaxy ultra S23 I cannot see any bookmarks. How do I solve this?

Reading the web about those xspf files...seems like they are a xml text format. VLC should open and read those files on a PC but maybe not on Android. Maybe you can find a VLC forum and ask there.

Here is what I have more in details:

My vlc version on mp pc is 3.0.20 Vetinari, and on my galaxy phone it is the latest version since I just downloaded it.
This is what I have done:
1. I have used a screen recorder, Movavi, to record a video stream from a web site.
2. I then wanted bookmarks so I could easily find the relevant parts when I watch it later
3. The custom bookmarks were made in VLC on my pc, and then I saved the playlist as an xspf file. When I later play the video with the bokmarks on my pc it works perfectly.
4. I uploaded the xspf file and the video to my one drive account, and then downloaded the two files on my galaxy s 23 Ultra, But when I try and watch the the video on vlc on my phone there are no bookmarks.

How can I make this work? Do I need to convert the xspf file to another format to make it work, or is it better to use other apps to watch the video with the bookmarks on my phone?
