help with install Devine

Can anyone help me with installing Devine from https://github.com/devine-dl/devine

My system windows 11 in UTM virtual box. installed python 3.12 and run the command pip install devine. Devine is now running in cmd tool. but now I have to manually install the tools ffmpeg, ccetxrator , but I am unable to to it because everything that I did is using Mac app store or use dmg files then move to applications directory. how I can download this tools and then set to the right directory ?

did install ffmpeg with this https://phoenixnap.com/kb/ffmpeg-windows. but is this in the correct folder and then the setting path ?
