I have suddenly started getting this error when trying to download which has baffled me. It just affects the host mentioned in the url . It was previously working .

Ive tried removing python, devine, pywidevine and reinstalling, rebooting but still getting the error

I tried via my mobile hotspot to rule out my connection

The root of problem seems to be relating to this certificate verification failed

Update

I have resolved this after installing miniconda and performing a fresh devine install in that environment.

It was for me also important that I deleted any other directly installed python environments because for some reason though I had the new environment activated and devine wasnt installed, it was picking up devine from a locally installed environment, even though this was not referenced in PATHS

Found a minor bug in the TUBI one. Which has been working beautifully until I hit this snag.
Trying to list some Southland episodes on TUBI USA.

VPN/Proxy issue. Like mentioned many times before, iPlayer can be extremely annoying with their detection. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Oh, really? That's pretty odd indeed. In that case, I unfortunately don't have a good answer for you. I got it working with a VPN, so I guess you could try that. It's completely ridiculous since you're a UK resident, but nothing about iPlayer surprises me anymore.
