Sound problems

I downloaded a movie and there isn't any sound. When I open up the file with windows media player it trys to look for a codec and says there is an error... then it continues playing the movie.. but with no sound.
It does it on other players also. my sound is working on my computer tho.. and it does work with other movies also. just not this one.

Can anyone help?

You need the proper codecs on your system. Dont know the movie you downloaded or the group it came from, start off with the 3.11 install that one, if it works great, if not, get the 4.1
