    I downloaded the free version of Divinci Resolve yesterday, and this morning, when I fired it up to give it a try, I was prompted to enter an activation code. Since I'm a "try before I buy" guy, and I did not purchase the product, I do not have an activation code. How does one make the free version of this program work?

    According to this, no activation code required.

    Try downloading from the free link again and reinstall.
