I have a H.265/HEVC video with two FLAC audio tracks and subtitles. How do I use Boilsoft Video Splitter to split it with frame accuracy while preserving all audio tracks as they are and keeping the subtitles?

Trim-MKV-without-reencode-AND-keeping-subtitles
there is like 3 softwares to try, to cut mkv with subtiles, so mux your video into mkv, then trim it -
In Selurs mkvcutter yes, others I don't know. But you can preview it somewhere else and cut it somewhere else. You can get timecodes or frames in any NLE there is, maybe Avidemux as well.
But, God I just noticed, you want frame accurate cuts, ..., that means you need a soft that actually encodes start and end of your trims. So you do not have lossless cut in the first place. Even using Boilsoft, not sure you realize that. If software is frame accurate for trimming H264 or H265, it means, it re-encodes start and end of any trim. Unless you happen to select I frame as a cut frame. If source is BD, I frames are maybe every 30 or 24 frames far apart. If source is and internet video, it could be whatever, every scene change or every 250 frames or similar. I think you found , yet another, dead end, in whatever you trying to do. -
can XMedia Recode cut and split videos while keeping all audio and subtitles? Can it encode to lossless formats like FFV1? Can it burn in subtitles?
