You need to press enter after you pasted the n_m3u8 command

Oh, my bad. I didn't look carefully. I see you're using powershell. In that case, the command must begin with .\N_m3u8DL-RE instead of N_m3u8DL-RE. So a command like this

Then you don't have the right programs. Ok. Open the folder nova cartela in file explorer and please show a screenshot with its entire content list. If you have something private there you can edit it out from the image.

The programmes are not to be installed but to be unpacked, you can't even unpack them? i would still think about buying a personal laptop and use the company one for work only

But you must have the programmes unpacked, do one thing delete everything, download this rar, unpack it so that you have the 4 files inside that folder and then you can delete the rar:
