    Is there any M2TS converter out there which can incorporate pgs subtitles in a MKV file? Thanks for any info in advance.

    With clever FFmpeg-GUI you can convert m2ts video and audio to any other codec and mux the result to mkv, including pgs subtitles.

    ffmpeg -i "file.m2ts" -c copy -map 0 "file.mkv"
