Frame Rate issue with Corel VideoStudio

Hi everyone,

Fairly new to video editing, been using VideoStudio Ultimate 2023 for about 6 months without any problems but have just starting experiencing a problem with the frame rate of files I am running through VS. I have also downloaded OBS Studio to compare the same sample video.
When I use OBS and view the MP4 file through windows media player the file is fine but when I bring the file into VS Capture and play the file, the frame rate is slower?

Any ideas or would I need to provide more details of my set or upload two samples to better show the issue?

You could also post the mediainfo of your file here. Maybe someone will be able to help by looking at that info.

Sorry for kind of ressurecting a semi-old thread, but i found this post when searching for the same issue, and then found the Corel page that may provide the answer for you. Tested it myself and so far it seems like it has done the trick. Hopefully it will help you and anyone else that stumbles upon this thread.
