I want to download this episode in high quality, but unfortunately I can't because:

1 - Using StreamFab, when you reach almost halfway through the download, the speed drops sharply.
2 - Using IDM, I can even download it, but not in 854x480, which is the original quality of the material...

Anyone who can solve this problem for me, I would appreciate it.

Have you tried grabbing the list....m3u8 url with The Stream Detector and use yt-dlp or N_m3u8DL-RE to download it?

Both returned a maximum of 480p.
Didn't try the third because of "proxy" detected.

I'm only interested in this specific episode because of Kathleen Beller, if you could save it in the best possible quality and upload the episode somewhere else for me to store, I would be grateful.

Of course there's no license url or PSSH, this is not an encrypted video. It would be funny if a pirate site used WideVine to protect their videos. yt-dlp only works with unprotected content anyway. N_m3u8DL-RE works with either protected and unprotected.
