transfer.sh is not working

Hello everyone friends. Here on the forum, I read instructions how to download from kinescope. It’s been a long time since.
The instructions were like this:
1 Find MPD
2 Save data from MPD as a .txt file
3 On the transfer.sh website upload this txt and get a link
4 Find tokens and decrypt them on the https://base64.guru/converter/decode/hex
5 The received data put to the N_m3u8DL-RE.exe "link" --key kid:key -M format=mp4 command and run cmd.

Thank you for those instructions, it helped me a lot. But today I needed to download again, and I tried to follow those old instructions. But the website transfer.sh does not load. I don’t understand is this temporary or is the site no longer working?
And if it doesn’t work, are there alternative ways to download videos? Thanks everyone.

You do not need to upload the file you can directly use the file with N m3u8Dl re
N_m3u8DL-RE.exe "file.mpd" --key kid:key -M format=mp4
