Video playing on browser but not on VLC

Hello,

There is a live video in below website which plays fine on browser:

https://golfstreams.me/sky-sports-golf-live/pga-tour/stream-1

Using network tab, I am able to get m3u8 url as below:

https://ed-b002.edgking.me/plyvivo/wi9e4enozurom0ho9oci/chunklist.m3u8

However, the link is not playing on VLC. I also tried adding referer option to header: https://www.niaomea.me/sd0embed/Golf.

I will appreciate if someone can help me with playing this link in VLC.

Streamlink has the default option to play everything in VLC, so this works

Hello,

Thanks for the streamlink suggestion. In my case I am getting "Failed to create decryptor" error. Is it due to some kind of geoblocking restriction?

For me that link doesn't even work in my browser, so I can't reproduce. May be geolocked for me, but it doesn't look geolocked for you (especially if you can play it in your browser).

The m3u8 is dead,get a new one,that should work. I don't get any geoblocks.
