Get DRM key for video from toggo.de

Hello, I'm new to downloading DRM protected videos,
I want to download this video: https://www.toggo.de/angelo/folge/letztewochitis-vep12937
I got the mpd from DevTools: https://vodvmsusoaws-cf.superrtl.de/proxy1111/srtl/ASV12813/2-1-1-1.ism/v1.mpd
Then downloaded the encrypted video with yt-dlp using: yt-dlp --allow-u https://vodvmsusoaws-cf.superrtl.de/proxy1111/srtl/ASV12813/2-1-1-1.ism/v1.mpd
Then got the PSSH form the mpd: AAAAUnBzc2gAAAAA7e+LqXnWSs6jyCfc1R0h7QAAADIIARIgMj Y3YjVkYjA1MmFiOGJmYThlOWE3YzJhYzUwNTRkOWUiCEFTVjEy ODEzKgJTRA==
Then got the licence URL from the POST request: https://widevine.rtl.de/index/license
Then went to https://cdrm-project.com/ and put the information in but I got:
ERROR
Error 403: {"error":"anonymous.proxy","errorCode":12110,"orig in":"entitlement"
Did I do something wrong in the process?

the error is clear, cdrm-project is detected as an anonymous proxy
Try another site or use your own cdm

You didn't do anything wrong, you need to find a german proxy to use it, because this toggo site requires german IP.

Could you make it work in the end? I am struggling with the same with getwvkeys currently.
