  1. hi im having some issues with audio speed

i have about home video 40 tapes Done about 20 so far . using win moviemaker on xp pc with 1394 to make 33 min avi files about 6.5gb for 33 min. transfer avi files to usb drive then to onto win 11 pc . im using handbrakes default setting fast 1080p30 to convert to mp4
Been smooth sailing except have a couple of the mpg4 files that have a scene that audio is messed up sounds like its fast and maybe double speed .
only a scene or 2 per file. and only on a couple files so far.

I can play the original avi file and audio is fine. yet the mp4 4 version may have 20 scenes and 1 scene has the fast audio when played via windows media player vlc player and roko media player so file is corrupted imo or conversion wrong.

    thx for your help

  2. Extract the avi audiostream and remux it after the videostream conversion.
