  2. i usually dont use cracks but if you use quicktime 5.0 pro you can export the .mov vidz to .avi and then uncompress them with VDub and convert to vcd

  3. prophet,

If you are using TMPGEnc, then a plugin is available to load MOV file for encoding. Look for it on the lef in the CONVERT section.

  4. You can't use the TMPEGEnc plugin while having Quicktime 5.0 installed. You can either do what mvdude2001 said, which I don't recommend because the selection of codecs is atrocious. Or (recommended for maximum quality), install Quicktime 4.0 (non-pro, standard freeware version), and follow what BeTa said, by using the QTReader.vfp plugin with TMPEGEnc.

  5. Do you know of a site where we can obtain QuickTime 4 from LighthouseJ?

    Cheers!

I transfer the the MOV file with mov2avi.exe and then i start the TMPGEncoder, choose AVI file as video source and the MOV file as audio source. Works fine every time.

    Thank You!

Where can this mov2avi.exe converter be found?!!?!?!

I have been struggling to get an AVI/Wav audio source from a mov as my TMPGEnc12i leaves the audio off my mov to Pal SVCDs.

    Thanks
