I joined these forums in order to get feedback and assistance for an issue I'm experiencing.
I used to use VLC Media Player for years, and that program has a built in functionality of having a logo/photo in any place you want softly layered over the video. It does have some downsides, but that is besides the point.
Very recently, I switched to MPC-BE due to the multiple upsides it has to offer. However, this one functionality is something I'm having a hard time figuring out how to replicate on MPC-BE.
I found this guide https://www.reddit.com/r/MPCHC/comments/iq148m/overlay_video_with_a_logo_transparent_png/ and basically tried to replicate it. Though I'm still not seeing anything layered over the video.
Any help would be appreciated. And I'm open to answering any questions.
