Is it possible to download this dash stream?

Hello im trying to download a stream from a website Link of a video example
i used video download helper addon on Firefox + DownloadHelper CoApp it downloaded the video but i get a video with random color (maybe the stream is encrypted?), so i was wondering if there any way to do it other then recording the screen? and if it's impossible to download what would you recommend to record the stream without having to record the whole screen manually? i used "tubedigger" it seems it can record the stream while minimized but i didn't download the whole thing so i was hoping for better suggestions, thanks!
Edit: sorry i didnt know that the video is only free if you are from an arab country so i suggest if someone have a vpn or proxy to an arab country it would be great if you can help, some video are free on this website if you are from a non arab country but they are not protected like this one, thanks!

Read the sticky threads in this forum section, this was a very basic one. Just license url and PSSH and you can use a site like cdrm-project.
