Danaged gimbal video. Is it possible to fix this issue?

Hello everyone!
Video was shot with a *broken* DJI pocket 2.

Some videos have 2 main problems.
Wanna know the name of this problem and can it be solved on post production (how)?

Mercalli (not cheap!) stabilisation on Youtube1 attached. Two pass, CMOS wobble setting on Maximum 3/6 (6/6 would have taken 20 minutes!).

Not very well.

So, the first issue with this "wave" going through the image can be solved with the Mercalli app to some degree.

But the secong example has a different issue. Looks like some bad interlacing and in/out of focus going on there.
Any suggtestions how to upscale the quality? Is it possibile?

Is "fix2 - HD 1080p.mov" an original file from your DJI Pocket? If not, it would be good for analysis to attach a original clip here (max 500mb) so others can study the interlacing.

To me, it looks like very rapid vibration is causing the blurring rather than interlacing.
