Question about the "Time in" values that BDInfo shows

I hope that my question isn't too stupid ...

When I let BDInfo analyze a Blu-Ray, check a playlist on the first page and then view the report, there is a snippet like the following:

Now I simply would like to know whether the "Time In" values are computed by BDInfo (by whatever method) or whether they are determined in the playlist and BDInfo takes them from there.
