  1. Hi
I have a large amount of videos.
I want to cut out the undesired part off of each video, and then put all the videos together to make one long film.

Then I want to add background music (different songs), and I want to play with the volume of the video and the songs (I.e. sometimes low music volume and high video volume and vise versa)

Could you please recommend an app for me?
    For a windows computer.

    Thank you

  4. I am presently using 'Movie Studio Platinum 16' and it can do what you want. There is a later version out now.

  6. I enjoy MAGIX Video; it's beginner-friendly and offers a 30-day free trial.

Once you've come to terms with the layered timeline paradigm, the clip(s), with handles, as subset(s) of files, and transitions as fx, you should probably be ok with a variety of simple to not-so-simple editors.
