Just finding out about all this python stuff for downloading.

Is there a guide that will tell me the different componenets I need and how to install them all? Will they all be free?

My aim is to download all 3 seasons of Star Stories - https://www.channel4.com/programmes/star-stories
so I suppose it's worth asking if anyone knows if this is possible?
