I downloaded shaka-packager and N_m3u8DL-RE last versions and it didn't change anything : I get a 4,29MB file, unreadable.
I downloaded ffmpeg last version and now I get a 3,16GB file which is, I suppose, the right size, but it's still unreadable.
Under MKVToolNix the two streams seems ok (and the file can be remuxed).
It seems the problem occurs during decryption as I get these messages :
