I'm unable to watch or download a WMV video with MMS protocol

I'm trying to watch a really old video (2002, mms://wmt01.megaegg.com/megaegg/perfume/perfume2.wmv) that used this technology.

WMP, VLC, SDP Downloader, and Net Transport fail at playing/downloading the video.

Windows Media Player cannot connect to the server. The server name might not be correct, the server might not be available, or your proxy settings might not be correct.

Your input can't be opened: VLC is unable to open the MRL mms://wmt01.megaegg.com/megaegg/perfume/perfume2.wmv. Check the log for details.

I'm mostly here hoping for someone to tell me what I am doing wrong or give me a program recommendation, but if you could download the video for me and share it with me, it would be especially appreciated.

I don't know it. But I've checked with different MRLs specified by other users on this forum and they give the same error to me. Apparently, they should still be accessible, so I'm guessing it's my issue.
