For some reason, this doesn't let me download the streaming from MADELEN.INA.FR, I tried some many times, but NO luck whatsoever.

this is difficult one , the aes-128 key is encrypted skd://, need debug, wish any big boss can help or give a method.

Your m3u8 is DRM encrypted with FairPlay. You need to use the Widevine dash manifest if you want to easily download and decrypt it:

Since it looks like they're using ExpressPlay, it's likely a relatively uncomplicated process. But the rest is up to you since only you have access.
