    What is the best software or tool that can batch resize multiple images at once (e.g. make the outputs have twice the size of the inputs)?

    Also, what programs (like Topaz, possibly) or websites has R-ESRGAN 4x+ upscaling?

    You might find success with Emjysoft Photo Reducer, it is an batch size reducing software but it can resize the the images allso, included aswell is to e-mail the images directly from within the software or to add them directly into an zip package!
