Is there a tool or software that can batch download multiple images off of IMDB at once?

Do you mean the imdb.com ?
You can try Octoparse which is a web scraping software. It is free in most cases but has a limit up to 10,000 data so you should be OK until you reach 9,999.
You will get an Excel file with the images URL's. Just copy the URL's to NotePad and then copy to clipboard. Then download the images using IDM (30 days free trial).
Tasks > Add batch download from clipboard.

You can try hitting F12 in Chrome and in Network tab type .jpg in the search box. You will get the URL's for the images. They have long titles ending in .jpg
You can copy the download URL one by one into Notepad and then download using IDM, as mentioned above.
I couldn't find a way to copy all the URL's at once but perhaps someone can find a way.
You can also see all the images thumbnails in the Sources tab. Just click on m.media-amazon.com > images down to M
    Hope this helps a little.
