Android 7 minimum: https://wiki.termux.com/wiki/FAQ#What_are_system_requirements

Other than that you should only need the Linux binaries for N_m3u8DL-RE, ffmpeg and mp4decrypt.

In Termux, place yourself in the folder where you have downloaded the required binaries and run this command:

just use a laptop . so weird , you want to watch TPIR tv show , instead of asking people for the KEY in each episode or to download the video , just paid 5.99$ a month in CBS and you can watch it as you want , or 12.99$ to download and watch it offline .
You cant just asking people to download each video for you. If you want to learn how to get the key and stuff , the people in this forum will help you .
But again you said your phone is android 8 with 1gb ram , so you cant you use Termux, but you have your sister's laptop like you said .

I live in Asia so no CBS here. Only we have is Netflix and Disney+. So I'm asking here for help. Maybe I'll stop doing it if it bothers people like you. I'm just asking for help here cause I thought this site was videohelp. Maybe I'll try to find other person who can help me. Sorry for bothering you.

If you read the RULES of this site, it clearly says NO PAID STREAM SERVICES etc, CBS is a paid streaming service. but as you can see, we are all here discussing how to download or get the key of DRM protected videos.

And yes, this site is VIDEOHELP, but how can you ask people to download every video for you, when you've never tried it yourself? just think about it. that's why you are so weird, I asked if you want to learn how to download from CBS yourself, if you can't use your phone then use a laptop. I'm also from Asia, and I watch CBS and FUBOTV which are only available in the US with something called a VPN.

can N_m3u8DL-RE run in termux directly on android without root? i got permission denied even chmod +x

i prefer use yt-dlp to do this, just run a python script with some subprocess, can automate totally.

He's not asking for paid content, so no reason to throw that in. Also there's no reason to attack him just because he can't download the video himself. If you don't want to help him, just ignore him. This right here seems a bit overkill to me.

i get your point , but a couple days ago he DM me and asked: if i can download the video for him , so i said yes and I asked him If he also wanted to learn so he could do it by himself , i send ss for him to learn and he never replied is like he got mad or something. i think its weird when i told him to learn , and he just got mad .
