You want mkv so you will need add mkvmerge.exe in re folder too
To get keys from raiplay you got to do it quickly like under 15 sec otherwise it will expired

Finding the PSSH is exactly the same as in Mediaset videos.

The license url of course is a different url, in the case of Raiplay it should look like:

https://rai6nb5f.anycast.nagra.com/RAI6NB5F/wvls/contentlicenseservice/v1/licenses

so you will easily find it by filtering for "license".

What really changes is the header. Raiplay needs the 'Nv-Authorizations' header to get the key.

but also with ffmpeg only you can make final mkv video. try it

You're right. yt-dlp has an extractor for raiplay, it yields 1080p for this one, but only 720p (2400 bitrate) for episode 22:
