Joining Avisynth scripts

I'm joining 4 separate scripts together before I encode. They were originally one tape. I wasn't sure if v1+v2+v3+v4 is ok or is ++ better? Thanks

The difference is unaligned splicing (+) vs aligned splicing (++).

I would start with ++ and check if audio and video are in sync. If not, try +
