  1. i think this video had been recorded in 50fps, then slowed down to whatever speed it is now. is there a way to bring it back to its original speed automatically? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nc0Mv4Iyxvc

    What do you mean automatically? You can decimate out all of the duplicate frames and then speed it up,
    but then the music will be much longer than the video

  3. You can't really "increase the speed to normal", because you're missing the other scenes. As davexnet implied - the audio is longer than the video. Another way of saying this is a short video has been stretched to fit the audio duration, and filled with duplicates to compensate for the duration

    You can make the motion "smoother" by removing the duplicates (+/- clean up of problems and rainbows) ,the interpolate to 25p or 50p using RIFE or framerateconverter or similar , but it will still be slowed down
