Hi
I have captured a few 10 minutes mpg file with video resolution of 288 X 352 ( which is limited by my capture card ) at the bit rate of 3499kb/s.
I burn it with Nero 5.5 to non CD stndard compliant Video CD.(suppose to be a XVCD)
The problem is, both my computer and my VCD player can read the disc.
Can any one help?
