Hi, I am new to the forum so apologies if my post is not in the correct section.

I am a casual youtuber - I capture video on an iphone with a rode wireless go and edit my videos in adobe premiere pro 2023 on a 2021 M1 iMac. But I have been having a really annoying glitchy bug appear in my exports (pic attached). The glitch happens for a split second, completely at random in the exports, someone times not at all, sometimes during playback while editing in premiere. I did also notice this on previous versions on adobe premeire and on my intel mac (late 2014 macbook pro).

Can anyone tell what this is, why it's happening, how to stop it?

    Thanks in advance
    Ash

My bet is that your iPhone footage is VFR (quite common with phones, especially with insufficiently abundant light exposure) and Premiere is having to interpolate in order to conform it to CFR, as any standard NLE would have to do.
