what happend? ElCap ever said parameters "?specConform=true" force the license server turn back raw response, without "?specConform=true" return json response. that is the only difference, key same. if that is l3.py , must modified to parse json response, or that is not l3.py.

how they find this parameters, i dont know too, lol.

Yes, you are right, the command should include the mpd file link and the key.

And as for your reply in #7... I'm sorry I didn't catch your words. Would you mind elaborating your questions please...

But to try answering your question... I couldn't say that 'your lic url' is bad.
As I could remember, during the year 2022 and January 2023, we have to add the '?specConform=true', and at that time, the license server will only return the license in base64 format.
But after a change in their DRM system, as you can see, the license server will return a JSON object, in which the license lies, adding '?specConform=true' is not necessary anymore. And thus I made some changes to l3mubi.py Line #77

And it's noteworthy that, although there are several sites using the same DRM system (lic.drmtoday.com), different params in the headers are needed.
For example, in mubi.com, only dt-custom-data is needed, but in your mentioned site rtlplay.be, you need x-dt-auth-token. So I would regard this as the answer of your question about 'it seems a correct RTLPlay Lic entry different of yours...'
when you are trying to get the content keys, you can try both adding '?specConform=true' or not adding it to see the result. That's one little tip.
