Need help me getting the m3u8 file for a live video link

Can someone help me get the m3u8 file for this live video link? I know we have genius in this forum.

How did you make this work in VLC?

Should I just copy this to VLC or should I copy and paste it to a notepad and save it?

use N_m3u8DL-RE, i have post for cmd line above. start download, it will come up with .ts click on it. dont need to wait for it finish download, it will start play. to cancel record press ctrl+c
