    Some video converters offer features to add an separate subtitle+audio file to the video and allso an video player can allow for adding an separate audio track to an video aswell an subtitle allso during playback.. as for an subtitle most of the times you can put the subtitle with the same name as the video in the same folder and the video player can be setup to automaticly play them with the video when opening the video!

    Isn't mkvtoolnix GUI a better choice? Add all the elements you want, save as MKV
