Using YT-DLP on STV and embeding subtitles?

Will be downloading from STV, and looking for the correct yt-dlp command that would download the highest quality video + highest quality audio + the subtitles THEN mux them all together in an MP4 container.

Also, do I need ffmpeg present, or will yt-dlp do it all on its own?
