When I try to capture video from my vcr I get these lines that move vertically through the picture, I guess their from the vcr refreshing the screen. The lines are basically a block that makes whatever video it's moving over brighter as it moves through the picture. I tried using a gold plated rca cable to connect my vcr to my ATI All-In-Wonder 128 PCI video card, but it didn't make a difference. Is there any way I can get rid of this?
