So I have some video streams that I have downloaded that contain both the primary content as well as commercials that are not always at the same resolution / frame rate (largely streams from WatchESPN). They do not always play very well in most players and need to be edited to only feature the primary content at the single resolution. VideoRedo has been a decent option for editing these, but I have to break the file into chunks (and avoid the chunks starting/ending during those commercial breaks). Is there another program available that might handle these files better?
