    Been having a bit of a problem on my LP tapes mostly, in where alot of times whenever text and words appear onscreen, these annoying comet tails appear. My other machine can mostly get rid of them, but i don't want to recapture countless tapes on it again, so is there any script or other software method way of removing them?

    SpotLess through Vapoursynth or Avisynth works fine.
