I'm using WIn10 64bit, Canopus ADVC 110 with Firewire Ieee 1394a 4 Portas Pcie X1 Texas Instruments
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
RAM instalada 16,0 GB (utilizável: 15,8 GB)
It worked fine until started showing a black screen with no sound. Once I've tried to remove the usb port of the firewire to another port and then my PC shut down and nothing happened. I've had to remove the firewire port and Windows started normally. Supposing the firewire was damaged, I've bought another one and installed today. It still giving me black screen and no sound. I can't capture nothing, which used to do in the past.
What should I do?
