Hello, firstly I want say hello to everyone

I read few topics about tsMuxer, but I still have few questions.

I bought two BD releases, one 2D edition with only one movie disc and audio/subtiles in my national language and second 3D release with 3D movie on 2 BD discs. I just want remove one audio/subtitles track from 3D release and add audio/subtitles track from 2D edition, then prepare ISO image, record it to blank media and watch it in 3D on standalone BD player.

I decrypted three discs and ripped it to ISO image. What should do now?
