    Ok. But pdr is right, if you do not use a filter requiring RGB (ColorMill in VirtualDub, RIFE in Avisynth just to mention a few), you should stay in YUV colorspace

    Son of a gun, you're right. I had to drill down into the submenu of "uncompressed" for "pixel format". I thought uncompressed it would have passed it right through by default.
