How do I extract only a set number of frames (e.g. I only want to extract 3 frames from a single video)?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

If you are using ffmpeg then you can restrict numbers of output frames to 3 by using '-frames:v 3' - this is one of few methods that can be applied in ffmpeg.
