to download video from telegram web etc???

hi guys i need to download videos from telegram web however whenever i try to download using network inspect it shows save video although whenever i try to save that video it shows error can someone help me on this???

i got link like this in network tab etc:-

I dont have an account to this site so i cant really access it by the look of it! But if you have an account, maybe this one HTTP Downloader can help? It is possible to add user account details + web url to download files! Im using HTTP Downloader v.1.0.5.0 which is working fine, mostly to simplify my personal usage, there is new version allso avalible, i havent tested it! Many websites protect their files and videos so maybe this wont work..

Edit: Allso, maybe possible, if you look at this link it seem sort of altered in some way to function with an browser or something, is it possible that you could "cleanse" the link to get an complete link ending with .mp4, possibly this could, just maybe, give success with HTTP Downloader... Sort of look like the browser have handled the original link and replaced it with this one!

Sometimes an file transfer url get changed, for example "https://thewebsite.com/thisisthfolder/thisisthesubfolder/thisisthevideo.mp4" this url can maybe be used to download the movie to an file.. but when accessing with browser this url would look like this instead: "https://thewebsite.com/thisisthfolder%thisisthesubfolder%thisisthevideo.m p4%" plus as you can see this url have maybe have some of theese letters/words replaced with 22/7B etc..
