some contain dialogue audio, some don't,...
=> might be just a problem with you not listening to the right audio track
    (no clue about radtools)

this is newest bink version (2.5) from 2022 alan wake remastered

should i upload the whole alan wake cutscene.bik folder?

because when i try convert for example cine_1200.bik to avi or mp4

RADvideo show if you want convert cine_1200.bik you must use cine_1300 cine_1400 as whole file in order to get avi or mp4 file

    mix them into one?
    this way we get
    dialogue track?

  5. Use 'Advanced play' in "RAD Video tools" and under 'Sound options' try 6 or higher until you find the language you want.
=> read http://www.radgametools.com/binkhlp2.htm and the linked pages,....

  8. like I wrote read the help,...
    Audio settings:

Play these sound track ids: This option lets you choose which audio tracks will play. You can play multiple tracks by separating them with semi-colons (like "0;1;2;3;4;5"). If you use XAudio, then the tracks will play in multichannel mode.
